Most plastic model planes are designed to look right, and will be all wrong as to weight, center of gravity, center of lift etc. and will not fly at all.

Unless you are building a plane designed for flight, in which case any hobby shop owner will be gld to sell you kits, instructions, even a motor icon smile Model Plane?

If you’re going to build a model airplane from scratch, Bernoullis principle would only apply to the dihedral on the wings. The more the difference, the more lift. However, too much and it’ll create drag. You also have to look at weight and balance of the plane.
